Virtual Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Support our Australian and New Zealand client base
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Preparing marketing invoices
  • Answering client requests
  • Monthly and weekly reporting

Qualifications & Software Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or related is highly regarded
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • Tech Savvy
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment

• High-level accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-starter who shows initiative
• Knows when to escalate issues
• Superior customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to work under time pressure
• Fast and accurate data skills
