- exceptional real estate photo editing skills including color correction, light balance, item removal, image alignment, manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- advanced Lightroom Skills
- advanced Photoshop skills
- expert in HDR merging
- virtual staging experience is highly welcomed
Qualifications & Software Skills
- Portfolio of photo editing
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Photo Editor
- Solid experience with Premiere After Effects
- Demonstrable Photo editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Able to work to fast turnaround times
- Ability to work under pressure and high volume of properties
- High communication skills
- BS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field
- Graduate of BSIT
