Vacation Rental Coordinator (Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty) – On-site Pampanga

We are seeking an experienced Vacation Rental Coordinator to support our Australian short-term rental operations. This role is hands-on and requires direct experience managing Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia listings using Guesty (Pro or Host).

You will handle guest communications, manage property listings and calendars, coordinate vendors, and optimise pricing to ensure occupancy and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communications: Respond to guest enquiries, booking requests, cancellations, and pre-arrival communication via Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, and Guesty platforms.

  • Listing & OTA Management: Update property details, ensure accuracy of photos/descriptions, and maintain sync across platforms via Guesty.

  • Pricing & Revenue Optimisation: Implement dynamic pricing, monitor competitor rates, and forecast seasonal demand.

  • Property Operations: Coordinate vendors (cleaners, utilities, maintenance) to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in short-term rental property management.

  • Hands-on experience with Guesty Pro or Guesty Host (required).

  • Strong knowledge of AirbnbVRBOExpedia, and Booking.com backend operations.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Coordinated vendors to ensure quick turnover and property readiness.

  • Successfully onboarded new properties, including utility setup and listing creation.

  • Maintained service quality even while supporting additional accounts.
