Contract Administrator – Australian Real Estate (Strata/Property Management)

We’re hiring a Contract Administrator to support our Australian property and strata management operations. The role focuses on preparing, issuing, and managing management contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft and issue contracts using company-approved templates

  • Enter client-specific details and calculate fee proposals

  • Submit contracts for approval, then issue to clients for signing

  • Track contract progress, follow up on outstanding items, and file executed contracts

  • Provide regular compliance and progress reports to management

Qualification:

  • Experience in contract administration, legal admin, or office admin

  • Background in Australian real estate, strata, or property services (highly regarded)

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Contract Administrator experience is required for this role. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
