We’re hiring a Contract Administrator to support our Australian property and strata management operations. The role focuses on preparing, issuing, and managing management contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth execution.
Draft and issue contracts using company-approved templates
Enter client-specific details and calculate fee proposals
Submit contracts for approval, then issue to clients for signing
Track contract progress, follow up on outstanding items, and file executed contracts
Provide regular compliance and progress reports to management
Experience in contract administration, legal admin, or office admin
Background in Australian real estate, strata, or property services (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Contract Administrator experience is required for this role. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
