Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Agent Support to join our real estate team. This office-based role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, diary and calendar management, booking meetings, providing ad-hoc support, and potentially contacting clients. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of an Australian real estate business.

Qualification:

  • Must have experience in Australian real estate (sales admin/support).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-focused and able to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (RP Data/CoreLogic), Campaign Track, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Bonus: Experience with AgentBox and basic Photoshop is a plus!
