Working for an Australian real estate company, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and build brand awareness. This role is hands-on and content-driven, with a strong focus on social media, video, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, creating high-quality original content (including video), and maintaining the company website. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities 

•Design and oversee all aspects of digital customer interaction, including website, email marketing, and all social media platforms
•Edit raw video footage, and create short-form clips and posts for various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) 
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness 
• Define and track key social media KPIs per platform 
• Research advertising trends and conduct competitor analysis 
• Write creative briefs for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and video scripts 
• Manage day-to-day social media activities and campaigns 
• Review and approve artworks, videos, and content prior to publishing 
• Website management, updates, and basic building using WordPress, including SEO monitoring 
• Create and manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns 
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategy adjustments to improve social growth 

Qualification:

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a Social Media or Digital Marketing role (real estate experience is a bonus) 
• Background in video production, digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field 
• Proven experience working with raw video footage, editing videos, and creating clips for multiple social media platforms 
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices per platform 
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills 
• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) 
• Experience handling social media accounts and website management 
• Website experience is a MUST – WordPress 
• Strong research and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms 
• Willingness to work onsite at the Marquee Mall office
