We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager to join our team, supporting a company in Australia. This role is ideal for a skilled digital marketer who can drive brand growth, increase brand awareness, and engage target audiences through dynamic, strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with our Marketing Director, you will develop and execute effective digital and social media strategies, oversee website management, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and website management, with a hands-on approach to content creation and campaign management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage all aspects of digital customer engagement, including website, email, apps, and social media platforms.
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy, creating, planning, and publishing original content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) per platform to measure campaign success.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyse advertising trends to keep our strategies relevant and impactful.
  • Draft and oversee creative briefs for blogs, social posts, newsletters, and video scripts, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Lead social media campaigns, monitor interactions, and foster an engaged online community.
  • Review and approve artwork and content for digital publication, maintaining quality and relevance.
  • Manage website content and structure, working with the web team to optimize user experience and SEO performance.
  • Create and distribute newsletters for email marketing, contributing to our customer retention efforts.
  • Generate monthly reports and present insights and recommendations to refine strategies and enhance social growth.

Qualification:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in website management (WordPress) and hands-on experience in digital content creation and content management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize social media channels, with a strong understanding of platform-specific KPIs.
  • Skilled in writing and editing, with a talent for crafting engaging, on-brand content.
  • Strong analytical abilities, multitasking skills, and experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with the web and design teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO, online marketing channels, and digital best practices.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a self-directed approach to managing projects and deadlines.
