Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Angeles City & Mandaue City

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Reporting Manager and Sales Agents.
  • Secure high-quality appointments from a substantial volume of outbound calling
  • Optimize the team’s calendar with valuable opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed daily call quotas and appointment-setting targets.
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments using our straightforward follow-up system.
  • Maintain detailed records of appointments, calendar events, and pertinent documents.
  • Support the sales team by addressing their needs and implementing strategies to attain optimal results.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers to arrange appointments for the sales team.
  • Consistently meet appointment-setting targets and performance metrics.

Qualification:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Cold Calling or Appointment Setting.
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data management, calendar management, understanding of time zones, maps, and basic knowledge of Australian/local geography.
  • Fundamental administrative skills.
  • Strong and confident communication abilities with both prospects and internal team members.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills with keen attention to detail.
