Secure high-quality appointments from a substantial volume of outbound calling
Optimize the team’s calendar with valuable opportunities.
Achieve or exceed daily call quotas and appointment-setting targets.
Confirm and follow up on appointments using our straightforward follow-up system.
Maintain detailed records of appointments, calendar events, and pertinent documents.
Support the sales team by addressing their needs and implementing strategies to attain optimal results.
Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers to arrange appointments for the sales team.
Consistently meet appointment-setting targets and performance metrics.
Qualification:
1 to 4 years of experience in Cold Calling or Appointment Setting.
Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly regarded but not essential.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data management, calendar management, understanding of time zones, maps, and basic knowledge of Australian/local geography.
Fundamental administrative skills.
Strong and confident communication abilities with both prospects and internal team members.
Self-motivated, quick to learn, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills with keen attention to detail.
