About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team, supporting an Australian cabinet and joinery company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and professional drawings using Pytha 3D/CAD software, ensuring all designs meet Australian standards and project specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Produce accurate 3D and CAD drawings for custom cabinetry, joinery, and interior fit-outs using Pytha software.
Interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and design concepts into detailed shop drawings.
Prepare technical documentation, cutting lists, and assembly details for manufacturing.
Coordinate with the Australian design and production team to ensure drawings meet specifications and deadlines.
Make revisions and adjustments based on client and team feedback.
Maintain organized drawing files and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualification:
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Draftsman in cabinetmaking, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
Proficiency in Pytha 3D/CAD software (essential).
Strong understanding of cabinetry and joinery construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred
Experience working with Australian or international cabinet/joinery companies.
Knowledge of other CAD or 3D design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Please Note:
Pytha drafting experience in cabinetmaking or joinery is required for this role. Only candidates with proven, relevant experience will be considered.
