Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage our chat channel, respond to multiple types of queries in a
    timely manner and meet our inbound service and satisfaction targets.

  • Work closely with our technical support where issues arise to have
    them resolved and ensure customers and partners are kept informed.

  • Operational tasks that support our marketplace services such as
    electricity, gas, and partners

  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to understand product pain
    points and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide feedback and insights about customer service trends and issues.

  • Work with the partner success team to ensure property managers
    are using the platform properly – call out training issues and make
    suggestions for improvements.

  • Manage our inbound email channel, respond in a timely manner,
    ensure queries are resolved.

  • Other duties as required, such as managing third party referrals, water,
    connections, electricity, or broadband tasks.

Qualification:

  • Must have 1-2 years prior help desk and tech experience.

  • With experience in overseeing client enquiries, resolving tech
    support issues and managing inbound emails.
