Manage our chat channel, respond to multiple types of queries in a timely manner and meet our inbound service and satisfaction targets.
Work closely with our technical support where issues arise to have them resolved and ensure customers and partners are kept informed.
Operational tasks that support our marketplace services such as electricity, gas, and partners
Collaborate with all areas of the business to understand product pain points and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Provide feedback and insights about customer service trends and issues.
Work with the partner success team to ensure property managers are using the platform properly – call out training issues and make suggestions for improvements.
Manage our inbound email channel, respond in a timely manner, ensure queries are resolved.
Other duties as required, such as managing third party referrals, water, connections, electricity, or broadband tasks.
