Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will be working for an Australian account and will receive full training of the tasks required.

  • Your strong administrative skills are needed to prepare documentation, follow up building renewals, issue notices and maintain records and legal documents.

  • Your accounts skills are needed to prepare invoices, follow up collections and assist in preparing budgets.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are needed as you will be dealing with owners of condominium buildings, overseeing meetings of the building owners and assisting with their concerns.

Qualification:

  • Experience in STRATA management would be an advantage.

  • Graduate with accounting degree or similar.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Relevant previous experience in customer service.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Basic administrative skills.

  • Strong and confident communicator.

  • Self-driven, easily trained, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and has a go-getter attitude.

  • This role is ideal for individuals looking to work from office and support a dynamic real estate team.
