Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain business relationships with prospective clients and partners in the Australian B2B market.
  • Collaborate with our Director and internal Department Head’s relationships and provide the highest level of service in a timely manner.
  • Promote the company’s Virtual Assistance and Outsourcing services.
  • Using existing relationships with partner clients to generate new business.
  • Keep up to date with the market shift and trends at the current virtual workspace
  • Perform market research for better positioning of our services
  • Following the company’s policies and procedures on handling Lead Generation leads up until closing the clients and handing them over to Department Heads for contract signing.
  • Provide feedback to the management as to how the leads are progressing and what areas we can improve to effectively gather leads from our target market.
  • Occasionally organise and host webinars for potential and prospective partners to explain our services further
  • You’ll be working closely with our Property Management, Sales and Marketing, and Finance Department Heads/Managers.
  • You’ll be working directly with our Lead Generation Team who will forward you appointments with warm leads for further discussion over the phone or via zoom presentations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales
  • Prior experience with B2B environments is preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with executive presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Forward-thinking, proactive and self-driven
  • Willing to work Onsite
  • Australian real estate or industry knowledge is a plus
