We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bookings Administrator to manage booking data for short-term, overnight, and long-term stays. This full-time role includes weekend hours, with two weekdays off. As the Bookings Administrator, you will ensure that all booking information is current, accurate, and communicated effectively to relevant teams. You’ll also cover booking duties for absent team members, maintaining consistency and quality in our booking processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management: Input and update booking details across platforms, including Google Docs, Sherlock PM system, Breezeway software, booking spreadsheets, and Outlook Diary.
Calendar Management: Keep calendars up-to-date with accurate arrival and exit dates.
Team Communication: Coordinate with the sales team for new bookings and inform the accounts team about payment schedules and any necessary repayments.
Platform Management: Ensure properties are accurately listed on booking sites and regularly monitor listings.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks to validate booking data, minimizing errors and ensuring seamless bookings.
Booking Process Oversight: Proactively oversee each stage of the booking process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed without issues.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus when managing booking data.
System Proficiency: Familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Outlook, and booking management systems.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and ask pertinent questions to clarify booking details.
Independence & Multitasking: Capable of working autonomously and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Industry Experience: Prior experience with Airbnb or online holiday rental platforms is highly preferred.
Analytical Abilities: Comfortable working with data and understanding numbers to ensure all booking-related information is correct.

Email Communication: Able to initiate and manage email conversations, using the “7-question approach” to gather all necessary booking information and resolve any queries efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential booking issues and addressing them before they escalate.
