AI Voice Platform Virtual Assistant – Australian Real Estate
Location: Angeles City
AI voice or AI call platform experience required.
This is a full-time onsite role based in Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga. Applicants must be willing to work onsite and be located within commuting distance.
Australian real estate AI automation role focused on managing lead engagement systems, CRM workflows, and AI-powered customer interactions.
This is not a standard lead generation or general VA role.
You will support both real estate operations and AI-driven communication systems that handle customer engagement, lead qualification, and automated follow-ups.
Primary Responsibilities:
AI Voice & Automation Support
- Monitor AI call and lead engagement platforms
- Review AI-generated conversations and call outcomes
- Update and optimise scripts, prompts, and workflows
- Escalate qualified or urgent leads to sales team
- Assist with AI platform setup, testing, and improvements
- Track campaign performance and lead conversion outcomes
- Support automation and customer engagement optimisation
Real Estate Administration
- CRM data entry and database management
- Maintain and update client and lead records
- Email and calendar coordination
- Follow-up tracking and task management
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate data integrity
Qualification:
- Must be willing to work onsite in Marquee Mall, Angeles City, Pampanga
- Australian real estate experience
- Hands-on experience with AI voice, conversational AI, or AI call platforms (mandatory)
- Experience managing automated lead engagement systems in live environments
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Air AI, Bland AI, Vapi, or similar tools
- CRM and database management experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and manage structured workflows
- Real estate lead management or sales support experience
