Working for an Australian real estate company, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and build brand awareness. This role is hands-on and content-driven, with a strong focus on social media, video, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, creating high-quality original content (including video), and maintaining the company website.Â
Duties & ResponsibilitiesÂ
•Design and oversee all aspects of digital customer interaction, including website, email marketing, and all social media platforms
•Edit raw video footage, and create short-form clips and posts for various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)Â
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awarenessÂ
• Define and track key social media KPIs per platformÂ
• Research advertising trends and conduct competitor analysisÂ
• Write creative briefs for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and video scriptsÂ
• Manage day-to-day social media activities and campaignsÂ
• Review and approve artworks, videos, and content prior to publishingÂ
• Website management, updates, and basic building using WordPress, including SEO monitoringÂ
• Create and manage newsletters and email marketing campaignsÂ
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategy adjustments to improve social growthÂ
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a Social Media or Digital Marketing role (real estate experience is a bonus)Â
• Background in video production, digital marketing, graphic design, or a related creative fieldÂ
• Proven experience working with raw video footage, editing videos, and creating clips for multiple social media platformsÂ
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices per platformÂ
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skillsÂ
• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)Â
• Experience handling social media accounts and website managementÂ
• Website experience is a MUST – WordPressÂ
• Strong research and analytical skillsÂ
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilitiesÂ
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Â
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platformsÂ
• Willingness to work onsite at the Marquee Mall officeÂ
